We had a really good experience dengan Dr. Rohana dan team sepanjang journey kami. My wife delivered our baby melalui elective Caesarean, dan honestly, pengalaman kami memang sangat baik. Let me break down our review: Dr. Rohana 👩🏻‍⚕️ Dr. Rohana memang tak perlu diperkenalkan lagi. She is definitely a very experienced and well known specialist. Setiap kali appointment, semuanya smooth. Beliau explain everything dengan sangat jelas dan detail, so as first time parents, kami rasa lebih confident dan faham apa yang sedang berlaku. The operation itself was definitely the highlight of our experience. Everything went smooth like butter 😂. Alhamdulillah, post operation recovery pun berjalan dengan baik. The scar is hardly visible now, which is honestly another big plus for us. Special shoutout to Dr. Rohana’s team, Nurse Syaza dan Nurse Syamimi. Both of them were very competent, helpful and cheerful. Nurse Syaza personally helped me during the admission to the operation theatre, and benda-benda macam ni memang kita appreciate sebab masa tu nervous lain macam. 😂 Post delivery check ups pun berjalan dengan smooth. So, for those wondering, “Okay ke Dr. Rohana ni?” — my wife and I can confidently say, we were one of the happy customers. ❤️ Dandelion Ward 🌼 I honestly cannot recall the exact name of the ward, but the nurses there were really good. Competent, helpful and always alert. We were beyond satisfied dengan service dan care yang diberikan. The nursery team pun sangat membantu. As clueless first time parents, memang banyak benda kami tak tahu. Banyak pula soalan dan uncertainties. 😂 The team was very patient in guiding and assisting us throughout our stay. Dr. Jason Wong 👨🏻‍⚕️ Okay, did anyone ever tell Dr. Jason that he looks like a Korean actor playing a doctor in a K Drama? 😂 Jokes aside, Dr. Jason is young, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Sepanjang follow up baby, banyak benda baru yang dia ajar dan explain kepada kami. Maybe dia dah boleh nampak yang kami ni first time parents yang memang perlukan banyak guidance. 😂 One thing I really like about Dr. Jason is that he is also a father. So bila kami share certain concerns, he could relate and share some of his own experiences as a first time dad. That made the consultation feel more relatable and reassuring. And to his nurse, I’m so sorry I cannot recall her name 😅, but thank you so much for being so helpful during every visit, especially masa first time baby kami jatuh sakit. Memang sangat membantu dan kami appreciate the patience and assistance. Aurelius Hospital 🏥 Overall, Aurelius Hospital honestly does not feel like a hospital. More like a 5 star hotel. 😂 The ambience, surroundings, facilities, equipment and staff — semuanya memang beyond satisfying. Comfortable, clean and well taken care of. Location pun strategic, dekat dengan town and banyak food places around the area. For first time parents yang suddenly discover that food is also part of recovery, this is definitely a bonus. 😂 WILL WE REPEAT? Definitely YES! ❤️ From pregnancy check ups, delivery, post delivery care sampai baby follow ups, we genuinely had a very positive experience with Dr. Rohana, Dr. Jason, their respective teams and Aurelius Hospital. Was it worth it? Absolutely. Worth every penny. ❤️ Thank you to everyone yang menjaga my wife and our little one throughout this journey. As first time parents, having a team that made us feel safe, comfortable and well taken care of really meant a lot to us. Highly recommended from our side. ❤️

Alhamdulillah, the birthing experience at Aurelius Hospital Alor Setar was very good ❤️ From admission to the completion of delivery, everything was made easy. All the staff nurses were friendly and very helpful, and Dr. Rohana was also very kind and attentive. The room was comfortable and clean. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided. Alhamdulillah, I safely delivered my baby on 1 July 2026 under the care of Dr. Rohana. Dr. Rohana was incredibly attentive, professional, and supportive throughout my pregnancy journey from 2025 to 2026. After experiencing a miscarriage in 2025 and waiting for six long years, I was finally blessed with a healthy delivery in 2026. I am truly grateful to Dr. Rohana for her care, encouragement, and reassurance throughout this journey. Although Dr. Rohana has a very busy schedule, Syaza and Mimi were always kind, helpful, and welcoming. They never failed to greet patients with warm smiles, making every visit a pleasant experience. My experience at the hospital was excellent from the moment I arrived. The valet parking staff, porters, labour room team, and the nurses in Ward 358 were all professional, caring, and compassionate. They made me feel comfortable, well cared for, and supported throughout my stay. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Rohana and the entire team for making such an important milestone in my life a wonderful and memorable experience. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
