Thank you to CS Fahmi for visiting us in the ward. Thank you also to Dr. Saw for treating my two children who were positive for Influenza A. Thank you to all the nurses who were kind and polite. The food was delicious, and we were even able to select our own menu. The room was very comfortable with two beds, and the restroom was clean.

Dr Steven and Dr Saw treated both my daughters exceptionally well. From registration to emergency care, ward admission, and discharge, everything was handled quickly and efficiently. The doctors, nurses, and CS Wan were all very friendly and made us feel truly welcome. We had a very positive experience and would definitely return here for treatment in the future if needed.

Brought my child to see Dr. Saw. The customer service from Fahmi and Wan was excellent. They showed me the way and escorted me and my child to the clinic. I was assisted by Dr. Saw's nurse assistant, I think her name is Atirah. Dr. Saw's explanation about my child's health was very clear. Such a good doctor. And I liked the housekeeping staff who attended to my child. She played with my child, was very friendly and fond of children. She introduced herself as Aunty Min. The nurse assistant named Yaya was also good. She took my child's blood pressure and SpO2 gently, and persisted until she got a reading for my child's SpO2.
