My son was admitted to Ward 6B from Wednesday to Friday under the care of Dr. Tan Cheow Heng (Paediatrician), and we had an excellent experience throughout our stay. Dr. Tan Cheow Heng is an outstanding paediatrician. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. He took the time to explain my son’s condition, treatment plan, and progress clearly, which gave us great confidence and reassurance as parents. A heartfelt thank you to all the nurses in Ward 6B. Every nurse we met was incredibly friendly, caring, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They responded promptly whenever we needed assistance and treated my son with so much kindness and patience, making his hospital stay much more comfortable. The food and beverage service was also excellent. Meals were served on time, the food was fresh and tasty, and the staff were polite and courteous. The ward was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well maintained, creating a comfortable environment for recovery. From admission to discharge, every member of the team was professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about their patients. I am very satisfied with the overall service provided. Dr. Tan Cheow Heng is very soft-spoken, professional, and caring. He explained everything clearly and treated patients with great kindness. The medication prescribed was effective and worked very well. The hospital food was delicious, nutritious, and exceeded my expectations. The nurses were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hospital was also excellent. Whenever we requested the room to be cleaned, the housekeeping staff arrived within five minutes and cleaned everything efficiently. One thing that made our stay even more enjoyable was the relaxing atmosphere. There was a pianist playing beautiful music in the hospital, which created a calm and peaceful environment. The hospital also has a beautiful view where patients and their families can relax and unwind, making the overall experience much more comforting. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. I would definitely choose this hospital again if my child ever needs medical treatment in the future. Highly recommended!
