I recently delivered my baby at this hospital, and overall, I had a very positive experience. I underwent a C-section performed by Dr. Wan Elly, and I couldn't be more grateful for her care. She is kind, professional, and highly experienced as an O&G specialist. She provided honest advice and explained everything clearly, which gave me confidence throughout the process. I opted for a single-bedded room with an extra bed, and I found the price to be very reasonable compared to KPJ, while the quality of service was almost the same. The staff were friendly, attentive, and carried out their duties professionally. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend UMRA. Personally, I prefer UMRA over other private hospitals.

All the stars given are for Dr Elly. Honestly, she’s the only doctor other than Dr Rafi that I was comfortable seeing. I even saw some others here but they were rude and condescending and almost made me never go back. However I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else once I met Dr Elly. She sweetest, kindest doctor ever! Another reason I loved going here were the nurses. Eventhough said rude doctors were rude to the nurses, they just kept a smile on their faces and are so friendly.
