Datuk Dr. Gopinath Mathavan

I currently stay at Ward 8A under Dr. Gopi, and overall I had a really pleasant experience. The ward environment was comfortable, clean and quiet, which made it easy to rest. The staff nurses and porters were all very kind, gentle and attentive, especially Iskandar. Everyone was friendly, helpful and never made me feel uncomfortable or ignored. They were also very approachable and not at all sombong. I would also like to give special appreciation to Dr. Gopi. He was very attentive and gave his full attention to all my concerns, especially regarding my pain. He listened carefully and made sure my complaints were properly addressed. He is also soft-spoken, patient and very easy to communicate with. His explanations were clear, detailed and very easy to understand, which really helped me feel more reassured and comfortable throughout my stay. The food was surprisingly really delicious too! 😍 Another nice touch was having Netflix, so i could relax and enjoy some entertainment during my stay. The only small thing I noticed was that the wardrobe is a little smaller compared to some other wards, but honestly, everything else was great. Overall, Ward 8A is definitely a comfortable ward to stay in. Thank you so much to Dr. Gopi and the whole Ward 8A team for taking such good care of me. I truly appreciate all the kindness and attention given throughout my stay. ❤️ Tqsm Ward 8A! ❤️

I express my millions of thanks to Datuk Dr Gopinath, the nurses, and all the staff of Ward 8B who provided excellent service throughout my child's hospital stay. Thank you also to the on-call doctor in the ED (Chinese female) on 9/8/26 at 1 am (forgot her name 😅) who provided friendly service and the best care. Congratulations and thank you for all your efforts and dedication in ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients are always maintained.

I was admitted on the 30th July n discharged on the 1st August. Dr Gopi, Dr Wong(Anaesthetist) n Dr William were very professional, concerned n dedicated doctors who were outstanding in their services. Thanks doctors n especially the staff at HDU.

Appreciation for Datuk DR Gopinath, My husband Mohd Rizal and I express our deepest gratitude for the excellent treatment and patient care. He provided a very comprehensive treatment plan for my fractured lower leg bone and ligament defect, ensuring effective healing and good medication. The surgical procedure was excellent, and the stitches were very neat, beautiful, and tidy. This is my second accident treatment with Datuk DR Gopinath. He has not disappointed; he continues to provide excellent and dedicated service with very clear explanations. He is a role model for other doctors.
