Extremely poor service and unprofessional conduct. I have a severe physical disability from a major accident, yet Datuk Dr. William Hau refused to see me twice—once during an emergency and again today during a scheduled appointment. The hospital staff kept sending me back and forth between the clinic and the medical report counter, showing zero consideration for my mobility issues. A specialist who refuses to see a patient in need and a hospital that lacks basic coordination should be avoided at all costs. Very disappointed.

Praise be to God... congratulations to all the staff in the appointment department, registration counter staff, specialist clinic staff, all staff and doctors in the MRI and x-ray unit including nurses, as well as staff in the post-operation ward, especially the nurses in ward C4... you are all truly the best.
