I highly recommend OSC Orthopaedic! The medical care and customer service here are truly exceptional. My husband and i recently underwent knee replacement surgery under Dr Chan Kin Yuen. We are incredibly grateful for his great care, expert advice, and exceptional surgical skills. He made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. The support staff made our visits seamless and stress-free. The Front Desk Team, a huge thank you to Irene, Zara, and Hagila from customer service. They are consistently friendly, welcoming, helpful, and highly attentive to our needs. The Pharmacist Sani provided excellent and efficient service. Even the security guard went above and beyond, frequently making sure my husband and i safely got out of the car with proper support. What impressed me most is that every single staff member is highly proactive. Despite being visibly tied up with their work, they always greet us with a warm smile. Thank you, team OSC, for taking such wonderful care of my family!

Very terrible experience with Dr. Chan Kin Yuen. We waited for almost 2 hours just to see him in Gleneagles KL, but when it was finally our turn, the doctor was super rush. He macam didn't even have the time or patience to properly listen to my mom’s condition. The worst part is the treatment outcome. He then transfers us to OSC Ortho Centre saying that is better, but the outcome is BAD. I seriously suspect it was a misdiagnosis. After going through the knee surgery, my mom’s knee didn't improve even one bit. Instead, the pain got so much worse and now she is left with long-term suffering and a permanent root cause of pain. Pls THINK TWICE and be very careful if you are considering this doctor. Truly disappointed with the service and the outcome. Just sharing my personal experience here so you guys can properly consider before choosing him.
