SVMC has always been our go-to hospital—not just because it’s close to home, but because the care we get here is simply wonderful. I delivered my second baby here last March with the help of Dr. Gayathri, and now both of my kids are under the care of Dr. Chan Pei Sing. Dr. Gayathri is one of the most caring doctors I’ve ever met. She made me feel calm and supported throughout my pregnancy and delivery. She listens, answers all my questions patiently, and treats her patients with so much warmth. Dr. Chan is amazing with kids. She’s friendly, patient, and takes the time to really check on my little ones. She talks to them, makes them laugh, and even gives them little treats during every visit, which makes check-ups something they actually look forward to. I feel completely confident knowing my kids are in her care. Heera, Dr. Chan’s assistant, is a gem. She’s always friendly, quick to respond, and makes sure we never forget an appointment. Whether it’s a quick WhatsApp message or a phone call, she’s there to answer any concern, and she does it with such a good attitude.
