I would like to sincerely appreciate Dr. Diong for his excellent care. He is very friendly, caring, professional, and genuinely concerned about his patients. I truly appreciate the way he listens and takes the time to explain everything clearly. However, I was disappointed with the attitude of some nurses. A few appeared unfriendly, showed little empathy, and were not very attentive or responsible towards patients’ needs. I understand that nursing can be stressful, but patients deserve to be treated with kindness, respect, and proper care, especially when they are in pain. I hope the hospital management can look into this and improve the nursing service. Overall, Dr. Diong provided excellent care, and I am very grateful for his dedication.
