At Bukit Tinggi Medical Centre (BTMC), Dr. Joyce Loo serves as a Consultant Paediatrician devoted to the health of young patients, caring for children ranging from newborns through to adolescents aged 16. Her clinical strengths span neonatal resuscitation and BCLS/ACLS, alongside particular attention to developmental assessments, allergy management, and the ongoing follow-up of chronic conditions — an approach that treats paediatric health as a whole. Since beginning her practice in 2002, she has paired that experience with fluency in English, Malay, and Chinese, allowing her to communicate clearly and deliver compassionate care to families from many backgrounds.
