Try to avoid an urologist by the name Dr. Koh Joo Lee, she lack professionalism and empathy. She told my wife who is a patient "do you know I am here on a Sunday because of you". These are clear red flags this doctor has an issue. This incident just happen in the morning yesterday. My wife is still warded as I write. I would immediately ask for a change of doctor. Regency you know about the issues with Koh, I spoke to other doctors who are my friends in JB and they said the same about her. A Taiwanese graduate in urology that has a personal attitude problem towards patients and she is being paid for her actions! It is time the Regency management do something about it.

I went to see urologist Koh Joo Lee, the worst dr experience I have ever had. I traveled from far&waited over 1 hour plus only to be met with zero professionalism and no manners person.She had a horrible attitude & was incredibly rude in the way she talked to me. She refused to listen to anything I wanted to say & aggressively demanded that I only answer her questions. Completely dismissive, disrespectful & a total waste of time & money. Even a normal clinic's doctors know how to be professional & kind to patients.She need to upgrade herself
