Horrible service. Went for abdominal pain. Ultrascan was taken twice within 2 days when issue was shown clearly on urine test. What a way to scam of money. Blood and urine test was requested twice yet results was not shared by doctor. Requested to return on Monday if pain persist yet doctor herself was not in. No clear instructions was given to staff what need to be done if i returned. Wasted my time and money by refering me back to different gynecologist. While my issue need to be treated by different specialist as per staff. Spend RM1000++ and made 2 visits with hours wasted just to get diagnosed with infection which could have been treated earlier without so many unnecessary tests.
