We were disappointed with our recent experience with Dr. Lam Kean Hong. Throughout the consultation, the doctor came across as impatient, and we felt discouraged from asking questions or discussing our concerns. The way he responded to my elderly father made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Because of this, we decided not to continue with him and will be seeking care elsewhere.
