I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Dennis Khoo. He did not give a reassuring impression during the consultation. It felt as though he was unwilling to offer further assistance or explore any possible solutions. Although the case might be complex, simply stating 'it is like that' without providing any explanation or support made the patient feel dismissed and helpless. I expected a specialist to show more empathy and initiative in guiding the patient.

No one advise or suggest that I should see Dr Dennis Khoo when I had gastric problem in 2015 ( Tropicana Hospital). I just google and Tropical Hospital nearer to my house. GOD sent me a very caring doctor. I had endoscopy and my polyps remove but I totally didnt listen to him. I took spicy food, coffee, and sometime acidic food. and I had to see him again 2019. I did recommend Dr Dennis Kho to my friends when they are telling me they have stomach problem. May GOD bless u and Gong Xi Fa Cai

What actually a doctor main objective? It was a bad bloated feeling for the whole night, throughout the pain of the night, I found doctor Dennis with pretty good review. First thing in the morning, I took a grab to see him. I explained that I have been this bloated feeling for months, and I really care what causes the pain. Without much explanation, he recommended me to do endoscope. He said it might take a whole day, I said just go ahead cos I really wanna find out myself too. Fair enuff. But his answer to my question was rather quick n very 輕描淡寫. Later he asked if im using insurance. And I said yes. While waiting for the insurance company to come back, they admitted me. And started to give me the drinks to cleanse before the scope. Cut the story short. After whole day (8-9hours from the morning) of waiting without any food (for the test), and the insurance company come back they couldn’t let me claim. Admission counter asked if I want to proceed, I said let me speak to doctor first. Went in to his room, first question he care, how long is ur medical card? I said less than a year. Again he said we couldn’t claim from this card, do u have other medical card. I shaked my head. I asked the doctor, what actually causes the bloated feeling. He explained in very medical term with his dummy set, pretty impatient way and short. So I asked him, what can I do from now? He said he can prescribe u the medicine n u get it from any doctor or pharmacy, seriously? Last question, doctor what food I can’t take from now. Oily spicy coffee chocolate. Do u realise, The only question you asked is abt my medical card. If im not sick, why shall I come to see you doctor ?

Have been visiting Dr Dennis for over the past 10 years. A very attentive, caring and patient doctor. Any time a friend or family needs any related medical check ups, would recommend Dr Dennis for sure. Well done 👍 …

Blood on stool is one embarrassing symptom to talk about, really... But with Dr. D consultation, you can be very open with him just like a friend that you had known for like literally forever. Took his advice to go for colonoscopy and I am truly blessed and extremely glad that I did it, with multiple polyps being removed on the spot!! Dr. D, if you are reading this, thank you so much!! Words just can't express how much gratitude I had for you and your team during the process, from prep to discharge.... ♥️♥️♥️
