This is my second admission within a month, and I truly appreciate the fast and efficient care I received. My case was quickly referred, and all follow-ups were handled smoothly. Special thanks to Dr. Kerwin, Dr. Latha, and Dr. Siti, as well as the nurses on duty from 23/2–25/2 and 25/3–28/3 for their kindness and professionalism. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the food was good and satisfying. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

very terrible experience, last time I had an appointment with Dr. Latha, the doctor was very kind, very polite, but her assistant was very arrogant, her facial expression was like she didn't want to answer my questions, I know I'm tired, at least communication is important, I'm like a fool waiting in front of the counter, that was the first and last time I met Dr. Latha and her assistant who was rude, her face was like she didn't want to smile and now I immediately changed to Dr. Lim, Dr. Lim's assistant was very friendly, please give me a number to take blood, clear instructions, never fails to smile and I as a patient felt comfortable with her, I entered and was greeted with greetings and good morning, very calm and positive vibe, Dr. Lim was also very gentle, please Columbia, from pregnant to giving birth, all near Columbia, please screen your staff/newstaff, train to learn to smile, if you are the type who likes to be angry, you won't have to work in a hospital!
