Dr. Lee Foo Chiang serves as a Senior Consultant Neurosurgeon at Sunway Medical Centre, where he played a key role in the centre's establishment. He introduced Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) to Malaysia for Parkinson's Disease and movement disorders. Since beginning his career in 1977, he has developed broad expertise in neurotrauma, CNS tumors, cerebrovascular and neurovascular lesions, functional disorders, and degenerative spinal conditions. A published author, Dr. Lee is actively involved in stem cell research and frequently speaks at international conferences. He is dedicated to a patient-centered approach with innovative techniques.

I've been a patient at this hospital since my first surgery in 2000 with Dr. Lee Foo Chiang, and I've had the privilege of witnessing its remarkable growth over the years into one of the top hospitals in Malaysia. I recently underwent gallbladder removal surgery, and once again, I received outstanding care. All the nurses were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive throughout my stay. A special thank you to Dr. Bong Jan Jin for his professionalism, expertise, and reassurance before and after the surgery. I would also like to express my appreciation to Dr. Ooi and the entire medical team for their excellent care. Thank you to everyone for making my recovery journey a smooth and positive experience. I am here as was highly recommended to be under the care of Dr Lee Foo Chiang. As this Dr is very and an amazing person. Well my medical treatment and care has been perfectly great. Nursing care at tulip ward has been pretty good too. Definitely I'll recommend Dr Lee Foo Chiang and this hospital to all in need of a smooth treatment journey. Great hospital with lots of compassion.
