Dr. Lim Mong Sai

Emergecy (ER) Long hours of waiting. Only one chinese female doctor yg kehuli kehilir rushing tonsee patients and seem to care, while the other dr (malay male) seems kike doesny care at all. Muka pun macam x suka kerja, nurse asyik tgk2 dlm bilik dia sbb nak tgk apa dia buat sbb xpanggil patient. chinese female dr dah check 3 patients, dia satu je itupun mcm xpeduli. I supposed to be under him but the female doctor took over. Aftee jumpa dr, tgu dua jam just to get someone to take blood test for me. Dh buat blood test kena tgu dua tiga jam pula lg. even the female dr tu tanya "eh u ada lagi? xbuat blood test lagi?" i said no and i said feels like at govt hosp where we paid rm1. After that terus tiba2 baru ada nurse buat blood test. Dia kata terlepas pdg. Asked me to lie on the bed with a blood on the pillow. i told him no. Baru dia change to new cover/ pillow. What if the blood contains virus etc! its a private hosp not at some 3rd world country hosp. Luckily the nurse was good at taking care for me. Going to the ward there's no wheelchair so have to walk by myself across the hall and to ward. overall its not a nice experience here in aurelius. The food was so so, they only gave one 350ml bottle of water, thrice a day. Sampai haus and kering mulut. Itulah air untuk makan, itulah air untuk minum ubat. When i asked for extra water, they said need to pay. Why dont u leave a jug of water at each patient bed? They did provide hot water thermos but should i drink hot boiling water? Pros : The rooms are okay and nice, toilet clean. Dr Lim was great, the nurses at ward are okay too.

Im patient Dandelion 1B room 129B . Doctor Lim was so kind. The explanation & instructions was so clear. Nurse also very helpful & keep checked on me. The whole process will manage by them smoothly. Really appreciate it. Feel better now.
