I have been receiving treatment at KPJ Klang Specialist Hospital under Dr. Loh Kar Wai for a right hand fracture and skin matrix procedure. I was hospitalized and operated on here, and I have been coming back for monthly checkups since May. The service throughout my recovery has been excellent. Dr. Loh is incredibly friendly, and the clinic staff is wonderfully attentive—they always keep me promptly updated whenever there is any change to my appointment times. Exceptional medical care and customer service from start to finish. Overall, a 10/10 experience!
