I had my total knee replacement surgery under Dr. Tai in OSC. My experience in OSC is wonderful . The front desk staff was welcoming and the nurses at Lily ward were so helpful and attentive making my stay more comfortable. Dr Tai and his team are very professional and explained everything clearly. Will definitely recommend OSC to friends and family if there's a need. It will be much better if there's parking lot reserved in front of the entrance for patients especially after discharge as most of the patients are still on walking frame. Once again thank you to Dr Tai and his team, Dr Suba, Resham (PLO) and the nurses at Lily ward especially Karminder, Azimah, Thinesh, Sari and Bavani for their dedication and professionalism.

I stumbled upon OSC by accident, and I am so glad I did! I’ve been coming here weekly for over two months for knee treatment with Dr. Tai, who is clearly an expert in his field. The nurses are always so warm and caring, and I feel a positive energy every time I walk into the center. Even when it’s incredibly crowded, the staff remains patient and smiling. A special thank you to Hemah—she attended to me twice and her warmth really helped calm my nerves. Thank you all!

I was born with bow legs and suffered knee pain for more than 10 years. Dr.Tai operated on my knee replacement surgery. Two months on, I am walking well and recovery has been very encouraging. I am happy to share that I am now walking comfourtably again. Dr. Tai professionalism and dedication have truly made a difference in my quality of life.
