Room 87. Attending physician Dr Loo Wai Yang was patient in answering and responding to our queries 👍👍, and was not perfunctory. He looked at the elderly patient's face and held her hand throughout, a gesture that would make any patient feel comforted. We are very grateful for his thoughtfulness. Hospital nurses Fida, Nadia, Murni, Mastura, and Nurani were friendly, gentle, and polite in their demeanor. On 21/5, when inquiring about the bill, we met Siti Saleha. This employee was humorous, enthusiastic about her work, friendly, and very patiently explained many terms I didn't understand. Her smile was commendable. Because I felt reassured, I allowed my mother to stay for a few more days to ensure she received meticulous care and her condition was managed until her discharge on 24/5. In summary, this hospital is a place where elderly patients can be treated with peace of mind, without fear. The environment is very comfortable 👍👍 Taiping has finally achieved this!
