Dr. Masri Muhamed

We have been bringing our twin girls to KPJ DSH2 since they were 6 months old for their monthly check-ups and vaccinations with Dr. Masri. Every visit has been smooth and pleasant, with a comfortable and welcoming environment. Dr. Masri and Ayna are always friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Our twin girls were also admitted to DSH2 twice. During both admissions, the nurses were caring and attentive, the facilities were comfortable, and the overall care was excellent. We are truly grateful for the care and support we have received from Dr. Masri and Ayna. It has become our preferred hospital, and we highly recommend it to other parents and families.

We cannot recommend Dr. Masri (Paediatrician Consultant) and his team highly enough. As first time parents, every little thing felt like a big concern to us. Looking back now, some of our questions were probably quite silly, but Dr. Masri never made us feel that way. He patiently answered every single question, took the time to explain everything clearly, and always reassured us with kindness and confidence. One thing we truly appreciated was how supportive he was of my wife's decision to exclusively breastfeed Maryam. Rather than rushing us towards alternatives, he encouraged us, which meant a lot to us as new parents. When Maryam had to be admitted for jaundice, Dr. Masri was incredibly compassionate and reassuring during what was a stressful time for our family. Throughout every visit, we have always felt that Maryam was in safe hands. His confidence in diagnosing and managing her issues gives us complete peace of mind, and we are genuinely grateful that he is our daughter's paediatrician. A special thank you also goes to Ayna. She is one of the kindest and most pleasant nurses/Dr's Assistant we've met. Despite the clinic being busy with many parents and children, she remembered us by our second visit, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. She is always gentle and caring whenever she handles Maryam, and you can immediately see how much she cares for the children she looks after. Another thing that sets this clinic apart is their accessibility. Being able to text Ayna or Dr. Masri when we are unsure about something, and getting advice on whether Maryam actually needs to come in, has made life as first time parents so much less stressful. That level of care goes well beyond what we expected from a clinic. Thank you, Dr. Masri and Ayna, for taking such wonderful care of Maryam and for making our journey into parenthood a much more confident and reassuring one. We are truly grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend your clinic to any parent looking for a paediatrician who is not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely compassionate.

Another pleasant visit to Dr. Masri's clinic for Zhafran's check-up. From routine check-ups, vaccinations and to the time Zhafran was admitted with bronchiolitis and RSV, Dr. Masri has always been caring, compassionate, and dedicated to helping Zhafran get better. He takes the time to explain every diagnosis clearly, ensuring we understand everything. In fact, thanks to him, I can now confidently say, "Saya CAKNA pasal RSV..." 😊 Dr. Masri Muhamed is friendly, approachable, and makes every conversation feel comfortable. We can even joke around as if we've known him for years. A special mention to his assistant, Ayna, who is absolutely wonderful. She is great with children, always cheerful, and very helpful. She makes every visit smooth and welcoming. Thank you, Dr. Masri and Ayna, for taking such good care of Zhafran. See you at our next appointment!

Two years ago when we had our first baby, we know we wanted a paediatrician who we can see regularly for checkups and vaccinations and after doing some research we opted for Dr Masri and we’re so glad we went to him because he has been an amazing paeds! Now both of our children are under his care. He is someone who truly advocates for your child’s health, doesn’t give unnecessary prescriptions and at the end of the day, we know our babies are in good hands. Not to mention, every clinic visits are smooth and pleasant of course thanks to Ms. Ayna for her quick response, attention to detail and her just being very efficient.

I gave birth to my baby in July 2026 this year and overall, I am very satisfied with the experience in KPJ DSH 2. My O&G was Dr. Imelda who took great care of me from the start of my pregnancy, right until I gave birth via emergency c-section. I have to say, she made my c-section experience a wonderful one and I do not mind doing it all over again under her care for my future children. She takes her time for each consultation and gives very valuable advices based on her expertise. Very, very recommended to consider her as your O&G (but bear in mind, you need to book her super early as many, many mommies want her as well!) As for my baby’s paediatrician, we chose Dr. Masri. We have heard good recommendations about him and most importantly, he is also a neonatologist. And sure enough, it was the best decision made. My baby has been in good hands from birth and we hope to continue with him as our baby grows up. He is very knowledgeable, has the right answers and always ensures us, especially first time parents that we are doing the right things for our baby. Please consider him as your paeds, he is a very casual, outgoing (and funny person too!) Shoutout to his clinic assistant Ms. Ayna as well who always caters to our enquiries via Whatsapp day or night. We appreciate you very, very much too! All in all, alhamdulillah for a good experience in this hospital so far. Besides giving birth, my husband and I have been warded here several times for different illnesses and we have been getting good services and hope they will maintain as good for the upcoming future. We are truly grateful to Dr. Masri and his clinic assistant ,Aina Zafirah for taking such good care of my dotter from the day she was born until now. Dr. Masri has always been caring, patient and thorough in explaining my dotter’s condition and treatment. Ayna is also incredibly friendly, helpful and always responsive whenever we WhatsApp her, even when we have questions outside of our clinic visits. As parents, it means so much to have a doctor and clinic team we can trust. Thank you both for being part of our little family journey and for always taking such great care of her.
