I’d like to express my gratitude to Dr. Maung Win, the staff nurses as well as the paramedics involved in the care of my newborn who was admitted for NNJ back in early April. Dr. Maung explained my baby’s condition and prognosis very well especially to us first time parents who were clearly concerned and clueless. The staff nurses were also very friendly and professional in handling my newborn. Furthermore, my mum expressed how nostalgic she felt as well to be in the room where she gave birth to me approximately 25 years ago under the care of Dr. Helen Ngu. Overall, a round of applause to TMC for its excellent and trustworthy healthcare service.

My son recently underwent a tonsil removal procedure, after being referred to ENT Specialist Dr. Wong Chung Yiing by his paediatrician, Dr. Maung Win. Before the procedure, my son had been experiencing frequent flu and fever for the past two weeks. He was sometimes uncomfortable, especially when trying to sleep. Thankfully, after the procedure, he is recovering well and feels much more comfortable now. As a mother, I am truly grateful to Dr. Wong Chung Yiing for his professional care and to all the B3 staff for their kindness, support, and excellent care throughout the process. Thank you so much to everyone who took care of my son. My daughter was admitted under Dr Maung Win. The way Dr Maung treated my child very professional with gentle care. He knows how win children heart. B3 staff nurse Ms Nina and Ms Jacklyn and also Mdm Sandra assist me and my child very helpful and kind. The housekeeping do the cleaning very well. Food also nice and adaptable.

I regularly come to Timberland Medical Centre for family treatment specially for my children. Dr Maung Win was very detail explanation and further action for my child. Dr Maung also always followup checking on my child. I feel comfortable with B3 Team service.. Staff nurse Ms Nina, Ms Jacklyn and other staff nurse shift. They are very caring and helpful.

Overall rating is very 😊👍 I was admitted understand Dr Ng Siew Eng and my baby was under Dr Maung Win. This is my fourth time Delivery at TMC near Jalan Rock. Environment good, cleanliness at wash room also good and dry always.. Room also good nurse B3 also caring and kind
