On Sunday evening (9/8/26), I rushed my wife to the ER at Columbia Asia Hospital Bukit Jalil as she had fainted. The doctor on duty, Dr Malvinder and his team was quick in attending to her. Blood test and other tests were taken to find out the root cause. Results showed that she had dengue and was warded. The other staff that I would like to praise is Ms Sandra Paul who is at the Customer Service. She has such a sweet & captivating smile that melt hearts. She is friendly, approachable and quick in answering and guiding visitors to their desired destination. Keep up the good work Dr Malvin & Sandra. My utmost appreciation also goes to Dr Johan who attended to my wife and staff of ER and Level 5 where she was warded. Kudos Columbia Asia Bukit Jalil.

In just ten days, I was hospitalized twice. I would like to express my special thanks to Dr Johan, Dr Ariff , Dr Prem , Dr Maathichsudhaar and Dr Nagappan, the nurses on the sixth floor, as well as the food service steward Nora Iman.

Thank you to the staff of Columbia Asia Hospital Bukit Jalil for providing the best treatment to me and my wife, for almost one week I have been here all the facilities here are very good. Thanks to doctor Dr. Rohini, Dr Razi and Dr Johan for providing the best treatment. Thanks also to SSN Ranveer and the 6th Floor nurses for being customer friendly. "Doctor" Johan, please be a doctor who can interact well with patients, because patients are HUMAN BEINGS, and also the Nurse in the emergency (Sabahan) "Chinese look" and the MA Indian guy, you work in a private hospital, not a government one. Please mind your attitude towards patients as well. This is a paid hospital, not one using government subsidies, even if paid using insurance, patients pay expensive monthly insurance! Columbia Asia Bukit Jalil is one of the worse private hospitals I've ever been to because of your rude staff.

Dr. Mohd Johan Bin Mohd Johari has, so far, been the worst doctor in terms of customer service that we’ve encountered. He seemed very impatient and easily emotional, especially with elderly patients. During my mom’s medical report review, he didn’t explain the results clearly and became irritated when we asked questions. His tone came across as unfriendly, and there was little empathy shown toward patients. This isn’t personal, but I hope the management can look into this feedback and speak to him about his attitude and communication with patients.

My wife had a disappointing experience with Dr Johan during her health screening. Dr Johan was late to the consult and made hostile remarks towards her during the consultation which made her feel unsafe. Every patient deserves respect and care especially when they are paying a premium for private healthcare.
