Had my ACL and meniscus surgery here with Dr. Muhammad Hafiz Daud, and I can't recommend him enough. He's a gem of a person, kind, professional, and accommodating. Before the surgery he took the time to explain everything in detail, what to expect and how long recovery would take. During and after the procedure he visited often to monitor my progress. His professionalism and genuine care left a real impression. The rest of the staff matched that standard. Every person I interacted with, including the nurses, support staff, porters, admission office, and international visitors center, was helpful and professional throughout my stay. I also spent about two weeks in rehab, which was state of the art with a great team. My physio, Kaylyn, was especially knowledgeable and thoughtful, and made the recovery process feel manageable. Overall it was a genuinely excellent experience from surgery through rehab.

I would like to sincerely thank all the hospital staff throughout my admission here. The service has been excellent from the very beginning, especially the smooth admission process which made everything feel organised and reassuring. A special appreciation to my physiotherapists, Izyan and Segar, who have been incredibly supportive and patient in guiding my movements and helping me regain my strength step by step. Your encouragement truly made a difference in my recovery journey. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Fadzli from Customer Service, who has been very helpful and attentive in assisting my family throughout my admission. Your support and efficiency truly made things much easier for them during this time. Heartfelt thanks as well to all the amazing nurses and staff in Ward MD2 for taking such great care of me with kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. I truly felt well looked after every single day. Most importantly, my deepest gratitude to Dr. Sharizan who performed my surgery with such expertise and care. Thank you for your clear explanations, reassurance, and dedication throughout the entire process. Sincere appreciation as well to Dr. Hafiz for assisting during the surgery and ensuring everything went smoothly, and to Dr. Joyce, the anaesthesiologist, for her professionalism and care in keeping me safe and comfortable throughout the procedure. My husband was warded here due to acl injury. Operation was did by Dr Hafiz and it went well. Nurses & physio assistant are very kind and helpful. All food provided with a few menus which can be selected by patient a day before. Was given a single room,at level 2,room 63. The room was clean and can accomodate space for caregiver.

Dr Hafiz was well versed, very technical, very attentive and gave very good advice. The nurse attending was also very helpful. Thumbs up to Dr Hafiz & Columbia Asia Cheras.
