Ward 1 staff are very good, taking excellent care. Medication is given on time. Service is very good, Dr. Hashimah also explains very well and is very good. Emergency staff are also very good, even though there were many patients, they still managed to help me until I was admitted to the ward. Staff Izzat (Customer Service) is very good. Always asks about the patient's condition. Overall, Pantai Hospital Sungai Petani is very good, 10/10.

Excellent professional service from Dr. Nurhashimah. Not forgetting all the staff, especially CA Cinnatalli and CSA Sharifah, for the warm service provided. If possible, it would be great to add a few more ward rooms for better convenience. Excellent. Thank you all.

Dr. Norhashimah is very good and always provides attentive care to patients. Additionally, the nursing staff in daycare, especially SN Wahida, are also very helpful and caring in carrying out their duties. CSA Raj, on the other hand, showed a very good attitude by visiting me in daycare, making my experience more comfortable and appreciated.
