I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Ong from the Orthopaedic Department for performing such an amazing surgery on my 12-year-old daughter after she fractured her little toe in an accident. From admission to discharge, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The nurses were incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive, which made the entire experience much more comforting for both me and my daughter. The insurance claim payment process was also efficient and well-organized, making everything hassle-free.
