Well experienced Dr, lots of compassion towards my wellbeing and such an expert Dr. Team of nurses at Opd 3 Ms Akhmal, Ms Afiqah and most importantly my sincere appreciation to Sr Azian. Friendly staff Ms Teha at the registration counter at OPD 3 as she serves me very well with lots of respect.... In general big appreciation for the wound care team and definitely this hospital is to be highly recommended to al in need.

I strongly recommend thinking twice before choosing this hospital! I had booked an appointment with Dr. Thuraikumar after waiting 10 days. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 10:00 AM appointment, expecting a smooth experience. After waiting for over an hour, I raised a concern at the reception. Only then was I moved to the assessment room. Shortly after, a nurse informed me that the doctor had already left for an emergency, and I would need to wait at least another hour. What was most disappointing was not the delay itself, emergencies happen but the complete lack of communication, courtesy, and professionalism from the front desk staff. No one informed me in advance, and there was no sincere apology for the inconvenience caused. A simple gesture of respect and proper communication could have significantly improved this experience. I hope the hospital takes this feedback seriously and invests more in staff training, particularly in patient care, communication, and service ethics.
