Medical staffs have been exceptional and attentive. I have been under the care of Dr Yu and the oncology team, and the experience has been very positive. However, the administrative staffs on ground floor (cashier and counter 1 & 2) and procedures are terrible. Workflows are not organized and the staffs themselves are not clear of the flow, giving contradicting and changing instructions.
