My mom went to see Dr. Yong and Dr. Vasu. Dr. Vasu performed my mother’s gallstone surgery, and we are very grateful for his professionalism, care and patience throughout the process. Both doctors were very kind and attentive, and the nurses were also caring and took good care of my mother throughout her stay. The hospital environment is clean, comfortable and pleasant. I had a very disappointing experience at Bagan Specialist Centre. Yesterday, I called and made an appointment with a nurse to see Dr. Vasu this afternoon. The appointment was clearly confirmed over the phone. However, when I arrived at the hospital today, I was told that there was no record of my appointment in their system. This is extremely unprofessional and shows poor internal communication and management. I wasted my time coming all the way for a confirmed appointment that apparently never existed. If the hospital cannot even handle basic appointment scheduling properly, it raises serious concerns about their overall service quality. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
