I had a very positive experience at Picaso Hospital and would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Dato Dr Yip, the laboratory team, and the entire staff. Dato Prof Yip kindly waived my consultation fee, which was a thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated. From registration to consultation, everyone was professional, patient, and genuinely caring, making what could have been a stressful visit much more comfortable. I was also impressed by the efficiency of the laboratory. The tests were carried out promptly, and the results were ready much sooner than I expected, without the long and anxious wait that many patients often experience. While waiting my turn, I happened to overhear a conversation between a mother and daughter discussing how the hospital had allowed a surgery to proceed with only a deposit while their insurance claim was being processed. Although it wasn't related to me, hearing that reinforced my impression that Picaso Hospital genuinely cares about helping patients during difficult times. Small acts of kindness, efficiency, and compassion make a big difference, and that's exactly what I experienced here. Thank you to the doctor, the laboratory team, and everyone at Picaso Hospital for your professionalism and excellent care. I would highly recommend Picaso Hospital to anyone looking for quality healthcare with a compassionate touch.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Yip despite her tight and busy schedule, she managed to still see me today, 22/5/26 to give her professional medical advice after examining me. She's such a humble and a kind good doctor with good humanity. God bless her always. Highly recommended for Prof Dr Yip and Dr Ng for breast consultant 👏👍 They are very friendly and supportive in their explanations. Highly skilled too , they could do the mastectomy and breast reconstruction in 2-3 hours , when the other consultant at another hospital said need 7 hours (reason we were not comfortable with the first doctor was she had 3 lucky cats facing patient in her clinic!) Both Prof Yip and Dr Ng also respond to WhatsApp messages, despite their very busy schedule (nurse said they could have about 50 patients a day and with a number of operations in between), visiting wards from 7am and start clinic from 730am.

I took my wife to see Professor Emeritus Dato' Dr Yip Cheng Har, Consultant Breast Surgeon for a follow-up check-up. The service is outstanding. Although Professor Emeritus Dato' Dr Yip Cheng Har is very busy, I don't need to wait very long for my turn. Everything went smoothly. Professor Emeritus Dato' Dr Yip Cheng Har is very professional and a very good doctor. She's very understanding - I feel I can really open my heart to her. The nurses are nice and making me feel very comfortable. The registration counter staff are very helpful. I was served well by the attentive staff. I am very satisfied with the service I received at Hospital Picaso. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone. The hospital had a pleasant environment and I like it. The restaurant on the ground floor serves delicious food to its customers. Everything is cooked perfectly. The flavors work so well together. Yummy! It was so good! Worth to try. Am on Ward 3A-unit 11B. Excellent services provided by the staff nurses, helpful, caring and very supportive for they have rendered during my stay in this hospital. And also would like to thanks Professor Yip, Dr Christina Lai and Dr Teoh for the wonderful jobs done during my recent surgery. Very much appreciate for all your caring services.
