The ENT doctor and nurses that attended me were very helpful, professional and patient. I was provided with 4 bedded room, which was maintained in excellent hygiene condition. I love how each room has own toilet, has own set of lamps that can be controlled by ourselves.

My experience with Coloumbia Asia Stapak was truly wonderful. Dr. Amin, the surgeon who performed my surgery, was extremely skilled and knowledgeable. The staff nurse, Ika, was always there to assist me and made sure I had everything I needed during my prep, surgery, and follow-up. The entire team at the hospital ensured that I had a smooth and comfortable experience. As a first-timer, I was impressed by the minimal waiting time and the friendliness of the staff. Dr. Amin took the time to explain my condition and treatment options in detail, which put me at ease. On the day of the surgery, every person I interacted with was confident and caring. Even after the procedure, the nurses, including Ika, patiently explained everything to me. I also want to give a special mention to the nurses at Ward MD3 - Suzie and Madeline, as well as Che Hasni, Rugia, Shahrizan, Suziani, Kayathri, Guna, Irna, and Cleaner Aunty Slevi for their exceptional care and support. Overall, my experience at Coloumbia Asia Stapak was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of medical treatment. Kudos to IKA at Clinic OPD A 👍🙏

I am extremely pleased with the hospitality at Columbia Asia Setapak. The quality of the food is outstanding—far better than what most hospitals offer. Many thanks to the MD4 team for making my stay so comfortable A special thank you to Dr. Amin, who took great care of me and clearly explained the causes of my condition. His professionalism and thoroughness made me feel well-supported throughout my treatment. I also want to express my gratitude to physiotherapists Ana and Yan. Their dedication and attentive care have been incredibly helpful as I work towards regaining my strength and mobility. Big thanks also to Intan from the pharmacy department for her helpful support. The whole team's dedication has made a real difference in my recovery. I couldn’t have asked for better care.

83 B Ward MD3.....Thank you so much to SN Rugia, SN Yasmin, SN Umaira, SN Nadiah, SN Wana, SN Mary, SN Fara, SN Suzie, SN Erna, and Dr. Amin for taking care of and being patient with my spoiled child's behavior while he was sick for 4 days here.....I really appreciate all of your kindness until my child was healthy and could go home.....I will return here again if my family has any health problems....thank you Doctors and team♥️♥️🥰🥰
