The hospital facilities are really excellent.......my ENT surgeon Dr.Balachandran Appoo proceeded with my surgery in a perfect way and it was done by him to my high satisfaction level......he is kind and also a professional doctor.....even his assistance was good to me and overall the accommodation, the staffs, nurses and all the people who helped me during my recovery are excellent.....I recommend this hospital to everyone in my very honest opinion.

Dr. Bala was incredibly friendly, gentle, and patient throughout my father-in-law’s treatment. He was also very thoughtful in considering the most suitable way for us to care for our father and always took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. His calm and compassionate approach made us feel very secure and confident in his care. We are truly grateful to have had Dr. Bala performs my father-in-law’s tracheostomy surgery and for the excellent care he provided throughout the entire process. If you’re considering an ENT specialist. Consider Dr Bala I had sinus problem since young and I grow up with this issue, for 20+ years. After meeting Dr Bala, nurse Emma and Maya, my review is as such: 1. Dr Bala explains my problem in a way that is easy to understand, but at the same time not missing out any key details which really helped me understand what the real underlying problem is and how to move forward. 2. During preparation and after the surgery, it went so well and so quick. No pain, everything went smoothly and it was so fast, I couldn’t even have the time to wait haha. 3. The nurses took so good care of me, especially nurse Emma and Maya ! They were gentle, softspoken, and they were always so patient to me. Even taking the time to explain to me when I’m in doubt 4. KEYY: The follow up session is where I’m really grateful, Dr Bala, nurse Emma and Maya really took the time to make sure I’m really okay before they can discharge me, and they never rushed. It’s what I really appreciate. Taking the time to really make sure I get better. And I’m sure they will do the same to you.
