I had my Femto LASIK procedure done by Dr. Chan Jan Bond at ISEC, and the whole experience was excellent. Dr. Chan was very professional, patient, and took the time to explain every step of the assessment and surgery, which made me feel confident and at ease. The surgery went smoothly, and the staff were friendly and caring throughout the entire process. I’m very happy with my experience and would highly recommend Dr. Chan Jan Bond and ISEC to anyone considering laser vision correction.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I brought my grandparent for an eye check up with Dr. Chan, but unfortunately, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. As a specialist, I expected a higher standard of care and communication. The advice provided was also unclear and not particularly helpful. Overall, the service fell far below expectations. If possible, I would not give any rating at all.
