Excellent services from Dr.Christopher Khoo and nurses from Orthopaedic department which is Dr.Chris explained clearly with professional care about all detail surgical and follow up treatment with patient and also on track. He also come on time with fast and early to avoid delay patient time. All arrangement were handle smoothly and made us feel comfortable and well taken care throughout process. All staff also friendly,caring and very good services during admission and also follow up treatment. Canteen food served with hot warm nice and hygiene too. Overall highly recommended and reasonable prices.

I would also like to express my gratitude to Dr. Christopher Khoo (Orthopedic Specialist) and Dr. Hana Maizuliana Binti Solehan. They were very professional, friendly, and easy to interact with. The explanations provided about my condition and the necessary treatment were very clear and easy to understand. This made me feel more confident and at ease throughout my treatment. Thank you also to the physiotherapist (Mai), customer service staff, registration staff, nursing assistants (Pony & Masrina), and the billing department staff. Everyone was very friendly, patient, and helpful. They clearly explained the insurance coverage, breakdown of charges, and the remaining balance to be settled. All my questions were answered well and were easy to understand, making the entire process very smooth and stress-free. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience receiving treatment at this hospital. From the doctors to all the staff involved, everyone provided good, professional, and friendly service.
