The service at this hospital is excellent. The doctors I saw here were Dr. Kanddy, Dr. Doris, and Dr. Soon, and they were all very professional and kind. I come here three times a week to have my wounds dressed. Nurse Asyitah and Ms. Zhu are very meticulous in taking care of my wounds. Every time I come, they are very kind, and their technique for cleaning wounds is excellent. My wounds are healing better and better. I am very grateful to have met these doctors and nurses, who are like angels, from the beginning. I am a cancer patient, and from the start, the doctors diligently taught me how to manage my diet and my body. Here, I truly want to thank all the doctors and nurses who have taken care of me. Their care and companionship have deeply touched me and filled me with gratitude.

Thank you for the service provided to us, patients Nurainun and Nursyamsiah from Medan, Indonesia. The doctors were very kind, friendly, and professional, especially Dr. Doris (Oncology) and Dr. Sivakumar (Gynecology). Thank you also to the IPC staff, Alicia and Ayu, who were very friendly and fulfilled all our needs πππ. We also thank Pak Dino/Bu Heni, the agents from Indonesia who referred us to Sunway. However, there was one unpleasant experience. When paying at the cashier near the Emergency department, I wanted to pay with cash. The cashier immediately said, "Just exact change, we don't have any change." I replied, "This is all I have, please help me. I just arrived from Indonesia, and this is all the money I have." The cashier immediately said, "We don't have any. You find the exact change yourself. Borrow from your friend, or use a card," they said. I had already exchanged all my currency to Ringgit. They insisted, laughing with their colleague next to them, as if mocking us, implying we were stupid from our accent, and that they were the smartest. Their attitude was disgusting and irritating, with the ugliest faces. After I insisted on paying with cash, they eventually gave me back the change. With an unfriendly, irritating face. Then I accepted it and counted. The change was short. I said, "Please focus and count again to see if what you returned to me is correct." Then their colleague counted again because the first one was too lazy to look at me. So, their colleague counted again and returned the remaining shortage. Oh my goodness, this person is stupid, stubborn, and thinks they are smart, but they are actually stupid. Fortunately, I understand the amount of money. What if it was someone else who wasn't careful? How much money would they lose multiplied by the number of people paying? Such a bad person. This person is toxic in this luxurious hospital. The management could be ruined if this employee continues to be employed. Then I went to the adjacent office to file a complaint that I was not satisfied with her treatment. The hospital responded, "We will advise them," they said. Oh dear... ππ Hopefully, the hospital can choose the right employees so that this kind of incident does not happen again. It greatly affects the service and development of the hospital. Thank you.

Dr Doris(Oncology Dept.) and her assitance Ms. Devi have been very attentive to my wife's TNBC oncological treatments, their dedication to critical patient's needs involved syncornisation of multi-displinary consultantions on complication therapies are very recomendable. Their oupatience service despitebeen discharged from hospital is highly satisfactory, the ease of their medication re-ordering and appointment sceduling have raised the standards of medical services in Malaysia. Good Job to Sunway Medical Group.
