The hospital is clean and overall good. But personally would not recommend the orthopedic specialist Dr. Gayathri, as she seemed lack patient care and empathy during consultation. Besides, I had to call in many times just to follow up on medical report, and even then, it took 6 weeks to be ready—despite being promised within 2 weeks.

I was admitted for 4 days ish as i ruptured my finger, it was traumatic. Never in my life i was admitted into a hospital and i have to say i am glad i came to Columbia PJ. First of, the Emergency Department was fantastic. With no time delayed they handled my situation with care and i was genuinely impressed with the timing. Everything was moving fast and accordingly, i felt very confident. Dr Gayathri the legendary ortho, you made me very comfortable and calm even before i went to sleep with anaesthesia. Now the most important thing is, the nurses!! Post operation, my wound healed marvellously. The customer service team even texted me to make sure i come back for my checkup😂 Lemme listen to down their names!! Had my fractured wrist operated here. Titanium plate, and all. Very professional, and Dr. Gayathri was at the top of her game. Was taken care of, post op. Nurses are prompt and attentive. Physio later with Lingasree was a breeze. The exercises and tips given helped my left hand gain it's strength back. Any queries I had were answered.
