Dr. Jagjit Singh Sidhu

I visited Sentosa KL Medical Centre in 5th August 2026 for a cervical spine and neck problem. I was under the care of Dr. Jagjit Singh, an Orthopaedic Specialist, who performed my cervical spine surgery. Before the surgery, Dr. Jagjit Singh took the time to discuss my condition in detail and clearly explained the treatment options, the procedure, and what I should expect. His guidance and reassurance gave me a lot of confidence throughout the entire process. The surgery was performed using modern techniques, and I was very happy with the result. My recovery was also much faster than I expected. I truly believe Dr. Jagjit singh expertise, care, and guidance played a very important role in my recovery. A very special thank you to Dr. Jagjit singh for taking such good care of me. I would also like to sincerely thank his staff, especially Ms. Bavitra. She is extremely kind, patient, and helpful. She always spoke to me politely and guided me whenever I needed assistance. The level of care and service from the staff was much better than I expected. Overall, I am really happy with my experience at Sentosa Medical Centre. The doctors and staff were professional, caring, and supportive throughout my treatment. One area that could be improved is the billing process. I found the billing procedure a little confusing, so clearer communication and guidance during billing would be helpful. Apart from that, I had a very positive experience. Thank you once again to Dr. Jagjit Singh, Ms. Bavitra, and the entire team at Sentosa Medical Centre for your excellent care and support. I am truly grateful and very happy with my treatment. ❤️

I was admitted in March 2026 for ankle surgery and again in April 2026 for finger surgery following an accident. Throughout my treatment, Dr. Jagjit has been an exceptionally patient, compassionate, and highly skilled doctor. He is professional, honest, and always acts with integrity—qualities that are truly invaluable in healthcare today. His clear explanations and genuine concern gave me great confidence and peace of mind. I would also like to thank his assistant, Ms. Bavitra, for her kindness and patience. She is always helpful, caring, and approachable. Her warm smile and gentle reassurance brought comfort during my anxious moments and made every visit a much more pleasant experience. I would also like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the nurses in the Emergency Department, who performed my wound dressings at every visit with remarkable patience, gentleness, and professionalism. Their consistent care made a significant difference in my recovery. I am especially grateful to Mr. Hisham for his exceptional service, kindness, and dedication.
