My visit and consultation and MRI test at Columbia Asia Puchong. A very systematic numbering systems machine at the entrance. Dr Kulendran: a very nice and detailed Dr whom explained to me carefully and what are the test that need to be done. He gave me after my today visit (3rd visit) that my test results are Good. Happiest person 😃. Ms Swathy: a very efficient and friendly person whom arrange all my appointments with Dr and even call to follow-up. She will come and sit beside me at the hospital to explain the situation to me clearly. Cashier Ms Kalai: very helpful on my insurance claim et cetera. Radiologist, 2 guys whom are efficient and describe the step by step procedures during MRI scan. Pharmacy: describe the medication and the after effect carefully and nicely. and those staffs that I didn’t manage to get their names… All of you make me feel comfortable even though i spent 5 hours on 11/06/2026 due to my insurance claim. Thumbs up and bravo Columbia Asia Puchong on having all these excellent staffs. Good job well done.

Thank you to Dr. Cheong for being so dedicated and providing excellent service and care, as well as to Dr. Kulendran for the advice given. 5 stars to both doctors. Immense gratitude to the Ward Nurses of MD1A/B who are dedicated and always patient in attending to patients' needs. Also, the Lab staff are excellent, being very careful and meticulous in their professional duties. However, for improvement, some nurses require further training, especially in drawing blood from patients.
