I was admitted to Sunway Hospital under Dr. Lee Say Bob. He is a very good doctor who explains everything clearly and patiently, and he listens carefully to the patient’s concerns. The nurses also took very good care of me. Special thanks to Nurse Panimalar, who explained everything in detail whenever I had questions, as well as the other nurses whose names I unfortunately couldn’t remember. Overall, I had a good experience with the care and service provided by the hospital.

Excellent services from warded until discharged. All the staff comes with smile and superb hospitallity. I'm warded due to kidney stones and attended by Dr Lee Say Bob. I've been warded at two others specialist hospital in Penang but for me in term of services, Sunway Medical Penang is the best. Thanks to all the staff involves especially Dr Lee Say Bob, Dr Harriszal, ward 8A staff Deva, Tariseny, others and staff from the OT room. Keep Smile

When a patient is at his/her weakest condition with all the discomfort and pain, the nurse plays an important role in helping the patient. SMC Pg nurses team played this role very well. From the emergency dept till the radiology dept and end with the ward, all the nurses handle me with care and provide me attention with good attitude and patiently answer my questions to make me calm. The emergency doctor helped a lot in treating me in the early stage and explained clearly on my condition to me and my family, so that we know what we will be expecting before seeing my in-charged doctor. Then comes my in-charged doctor, Dr Lee SB, he explained my condition to me clearly and give me a clear picture of how long I need to stay and what are the circumstances that I might be facing to prepare me well. Last but not least, the kitchen helper who delivered food to me always cheer me up even though I was weak initially. Unlike some hospital, they serve food as a job but in SMC Pg, they try to do their best to serve the food when it’s warm and bring in with a warm smile. They made me feel warmth and comfort. Overall, I’m very satisfy with the team here and the admission + discharge process took me less than 30 minutes in total. Highly recommend this medical centre to my family and friends 👍🏻
