Bilik 919. Very good nurses at ward tingkat 9. New room with good facilities. Dr Nazlee and Dr Won are the best, very polite and giving clear explanation. Haziq Physio and nurses here also very friemdly.This level 9 is so clean like 5 star hotel. Security guard even helping me to lift my heavy bag from car to emergency area. Check in process so fast less than 10 minutes.

I am highly satisfied with the service at KPJ Bandar Dato' Onn. The care provided by the doctors, nurses, and all the staff here is excellent. Special thanks to Dr. Nazlee, the nursing team in Ward 7 and Cik Adlina ward clerk for being so helpful and friendly. Overall, I had a very good experience and everything went smoothly. I would also like to give special thanks to Mr. Ashraf, my physiotherapy instructor, who was very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the sessions. He guided me patiently through all the exercises and made sure I was comfortable and understood what I needed to do.
