I love this hospital. The emergency staff (Fizi & Muhammad), the clinic staff (Sofia & Dr. Ng Teck Siang), the cardiac OT staff, the nurses in the Qaseh pediatric ward, and the audiologist for the hearing test, Mr. Hadif, were all excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Mind you, the pediatric ward has a playground for children to play ;) and the food is delicious too.

Watch out for overcharging. Especially if u have a GL or insurance. If u see an ENT don't be surprised if the bill comes up to RM1470. Remove a bit of ear wax will cost u RM270. So ask before any procedure. In fact before the doctor opens his mouth
