I am satisfied with the treatment provided by Dr. Nordin, the physiotherapy, and the hospital staff on duty. The hospital facilities, such as the waiting area, are comfortable and provide a calm environment for patients and their caregivers. The service provided by the customer service representative (Mr. Wan Zubair) was very friendly and satisfactory, starting right from the main lobby entrance. Suggestion for improvement: Modify the doors between hospital areas to be more accessible for wheelchairs and patients using crutches. The current doors require two people to hold them open, which causes difficulty for patients in wheelchairs.

Overall staff at Aurelius Pahang shows great hospitality and service. Thumbs up to En Wan Zubir who assisted us with registration and showed us the way to the clinic. I see ortho, Dr Nordin for my knee and everything was smooth. I managed to get the procedure done in half a day.
