The doctor and staff were very helpful. Dr. Shamsuddin was good at explaining the illness. Cleanliness 9/10 Service 10/10 Ward comfort 9/10 Ms. Ramadhani from the service department was the best because she came to the ward and went to each patient to ask about their condition.
