The doctor (Wong) and staff nurses did a very good job. The doctor was friendly and explained everything clearly, and the nurses provided good care throughout my stay. Overall service was good and the hospital environment was clean but cleaning can also be improved, especially bathroom cleanliness and regular bed area cleaning. However, the cost is quite expensive, and some insurance non-covered charges were not clearly informed beforehand. This caused confusion during billing. Communication regarding payment and insurance details can be improved. Overall, a good experience but billing transparency should be better.

Alhamdulillah.. my health condition is now improving.. successfully underwent gallbladder stone removal surgery 🤲🏻 I am very satisfied with the care provided by Dr. Wong Jo Lin and the nursing staff on Level 5.
