I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Timberland Medical Centre, especially Madam Susi, Dr. Liew Shan Fap, and the B2 staff nurses, for the excellent care and support given to my husband. My husband suddenly fell in the toilet and injured his leg. The same area of his leg also felt numb, and I was extremely worried. Thankfully, he did not hit his head. At that time, I was desperate to find a doctor who could help him, and I was referred by Madam Susi from Timberland Medical Centre to see Dr. Liew Shan Fap. We are truly grateful for the way Dr. Liew Shan Fap cared for my husband. He was very kind, compassionate, and attentive towards his patients. He regularly did rounds, checked on the patients in the ward, and made sure my husband received his medication on time. When my husband first arrived, he was very weak. Thankfully, with the treatment and care he received, he is now much better and getting stronger. A big thank you to Dr. Liew Shan Fap, Madam Susi, and all the B2 staff nurses for your kindness, professionalism, and dedication. I was admitted under Dr Liew Shan Fap, he was very professional towards me. His explanation very detail and understanding before the procedure for my stomach. Even thought it's not office hours still he attends and check on patients at ward. The procedure went very well and I feel safe also comfortable. Dr Liew is very humbled and caring. Thank you for your patience with me as a patients. Staff nurse B1 very caring and caring. Customer service also help me when needed for another issue. Thankfully to Ritana for checking my needed while still in ward. She help allot and willing to help.
