Service superb! I went to meet Dr Indrani (ENT) & Dr Syamil (Ophthalmologist) for my yearly check-up. Both doctors were very professional, attentive and explained everything clearly. Took my aunt to the A&E on a Sunday and had the unfortunate luck to meet their locum doctor. As she could not without being in pain, i asked for a wheelchair. She said i could help myself to a wheelchair at the entrance of the hospital. Fortunately, nurse Vicky quickly stepped in and advised that she will have someone bring over a wheelchair and assist us. Due to the pri-activeness of the nurse, i gave 2 stars. This self-service attitude i expect from fast food establishments and public hospitals but not from a private institution. Based on the doctor's lassez-faire attitude, i would have preferred to give a "no stars" review if possible for the emergency department. By the way, i also want to take the opportunity to commend the registrar at the Emergency department, Encik Muhammad Izwan, for his patience, perceptiveness and understanding.
