I had a very good procedure this morning by Dr Shanti Palaniappan at Endoscopy Center. She was great and I fully recommend her. The experience was tainted (hence 3 stars and not 5 stars) with not-so professional attitude of a few selected nurses who had loud conversations near patients’ bed. Considering most patients just had gone through treatment- their attitude is very disrespectful I hope there will be sign of ‘no noise’ put around the daycare area - mainly for your own staffs and nurses so they can speak more gently
